Services and Scope
VPNFK provides a subscription service for cross-border network acceleration, with coverage across 90+ countries and 250+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service provides the subscription benefits associated with an account and access to client downloads. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or paid accounts for third-party websites.
Route connectivity and eligibility to access a target website are separate matters. Third-party services may determine content availability based on region, account status, and their own rules. Using VPNFK does not change those rules or guarantee that any particular platform will always be available. Package details and prices are as shown on the Packages page and at checkout.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription information secure and avoid posting them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If you notice an unusual login, a subscription leak, or activity you did not authorize, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel with details.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for use by the account holder on devices they own or are authorized to manage. This does not permit reselling, renting, publicly sharing an account, or distributing a subscription. Nor may a subscription be operated as a network service for others. Users are responsible for devices and account activity within their control.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. The two product types have different data rules, so check the selected product before use. Actual remaining benefits are shown in the user panel.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region relevant to their use, and respect the terms of service, intellectual property, and legal rights of others. The service must not be used for fraud, distributing unlawful content, accessing others’ systems without authorization, stealing data, sending spam, or disrupting normal network operations.
Users must not affect shared routes or other users through malicious requests, resource abuse, or other destructive conduct. Legitimate development, work, and content access must also comply with the authorization and access rules of the relevant service. Network acceleration does not authorize unlawful use or access without permission.
Service Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality may be affected by factors such as local networks, device settings, international links, maintenance, and third-party service policies. Interruptions, route changes, or access denials by a target service may occur. VPNFK does not guarantee continuous availability in every location, at all times, or for every third-party application.
If an issue occurs, save any work in progress first, then check the client status and local network. If you need help, provide the time of the issue, the platform, and any error message. Do not include your password or complete subscription information. Service maintenance and major changes will be announced on the site or through the user panel.
Responsibility for problems caused by third-party platform restrictions, content changes, or user configurations depends on the specific circumstances. This section does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law or affect users’ legal rights to seek remedies.
Account Suspension, Termination, and Refunds
If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious disruption of the service, or another material breach of these terms, VPNFK may restrict relevant features, suspend, or terminate the account based on the impact. In the event of an urgent security risk, necessary protective measures may be taken first.
If you disagree with an action, submit an explanation and request a review through a user panel support ticket. Account-related actions should not be understood as an automatic waiver of refund rights.
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply and other details.
Changes to These Terms and Issue Resolution
VPNFK may update these terms when services, applicable rules, or legal requirements change, and will note the update month on this page. Changes affecting important user interests will be explained through a site announcement or user panel notice; necessary notice will not be replaced by silent changes.
Users should review the relevant information when they learn of a change. If you have questions or do not accept a change, submit a support ticket to ask about next steps.
