You can create an account with a username and password; VPNFK does not require an email address, and the registration process does not ask you to provide one. Account identifiers and authentication information are used to verify sign-ins, manage accounts, and deliver subscriptions. Keep your login details secure, and do not submit passwords or complete subscription credentials in support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and related transaction references. They are used to confirm service entitlements, verify payment results, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Usage information, such as remaining plan data and service status, supports billing and delivery and is not used to infer browsing interests.
When you submit a support ticket, this service processes the issue description and attachments you choose to provide. Before sharing screenshots, hide passwords, credentials, and personal information unrelated to the issue. Ticket content is used only to address service issues and for necessary follow-up checks.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNFK follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing content, visited URLs, or browsing history, or create connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
Temporary session state required to forward traffic during a connection is used only to maintain that connection and is not kept as historical connection logs after it ends. Cumulative data usage for subscription billing is handled separately from browsing records and does not include details of destinations visited. Website analytics and support troubleshooting materials are not route browsing logs; they are managed separately for the purposes described below.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use essential browser storage to maintain sign-in status and save language preferences and interface settings, so you do not need to verify again with every action. Login credentials may be stored locally, so sign out after using a shared device.
Analytics help us understand visits to marketing pages and link clicks so we can improve content and workflows. They are not used to record browsing activity on routes. Analytics settings may use cookies or browser identification information; this service should not send passwords, subscription credentials, or support ticket content to analytics systems.
You can clear or restrict cookies and local storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to sign in again or select a language. This does not automatically delete your server-side account, order records, or submitted support tickets.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
VPNFK supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and their policies govern their processing. This service receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to verify an order and does not need access to your payment account password.
This service shares relevant information only as needed to complete payments, provide necessary technical support, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. It does not sell personal information. When information must be provided by law, the applicable scope of the request should be verified, and only the information necessary should be disclosed.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained as required for accounting checks, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support tickets and analytics data are deleted or de-identified once their purposes have been fulfilled. This policy does not set a single retention period unrelated to actual purposes.
You can sign in to the user panel and use a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. This service will first verify control of the account, then explain which data can be handled. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscription access, and future service. Records that must be retained by law or are needed to resolve an outstanding dispute will be restricted to those purposes and handled once the reason for retention no longer applies.
Policy Updates and Questions
This policy applies to data processing related to the VPNFK website and subscription services. It does not replace the privacy policies of websites you visit or third-party payment providers. This page will be updated when service features or data processing practices change, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised.
Significant changes to data use or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. If you have questions about this policy, the scope of data processing, or a deletion request, contact support through a user panel ticket. This page does not require you to submit additional information unrelated to verifying your account.
