Route selection / Regions and use cases

Cross-border route preview

90+ countries / 250+ routes. Check the target service’s regional requirements, then compare your connection experience.

Popular regions can be useful starting points for everyday route selection, but distance alone does not determine connection quality. Your home or office network, the destination website, and time of day can all affect results. For general browsing, you can start with a nearby region. For AI tools or streaming platforms with regional requirements, first check which regions they support. The table below illustrates how to choose routes; see the user dashboard for currently available options.

Check the connection with real tasks

A successful route connection means the path between the app and the exit is established. To check whether a destination service works, open its website or app and test it directly. For work, check document sync; with AI tools, see whether responses finish generating; for streaming, check whether playback keeps buffering. Compare under similar network conditions and at similar times, so local Wi-Fi fluctuations aren’t mistaken for route issues.

Switch regions without disrupting your routine

Once you find a route that works for your everyday tasks, keep that region as your starting point. If something goes wrong, check the app’s connection status and rule matches before switching routes. For tools sensitive to account risk controls, avoid changing your exit during sign-in, payments, or long-running tasks. After switching, confirm that the app is using the new connection.

How to choose for everyday use

Assess whether the service fits your needs for routes, multiple devices, AI, streaming, privacy, and refunds.

90+ countries

When using international websites during peak evening hours, loading speed depends on more than distance—it also depends on your local network and cross-border links. VPNFK offers routes across multiple regions, so you can choose an exit for work, reading, or long-running connections. If pages load slowly, check your local network first, then compare other routes in the same region. Don’t judge by a single connection test or assume every route performs the same at all times. What matters is whether your regular tasks work reliably.

Unlimited devices

Work on documents on your computer, read on a tablet, and check messages on a mobile device without repeatedly disconnecting just to stay online. VPNFK supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit. Configure the app separately on each platform, then get your subscription from the user dashboard after signing in. Device count and data allowance are separate: keep an eye on your plan’s remaining data when using multiple devices. After switching devices, check the connection mode and make sure the apps you need are using the right route.

Connecting AI tools

Opening the homepage of ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini isn’t the same as being able to hold a conversation reliably. Streaming responses, file uploads, and developer tool requests each place different demands on connection stability. Choose an exit region that meets the tool’s regional requirements, keep your setup consistent, then check that your browser, desktop app, or command-line tool uses the same configuration. VPNFK provides connection options; tool availability still depends on each platform’s regional, account, and risk-control rules. A network subscription does not include membership to these tools.

Streaming and regional libraries

When watching Netflix, YouTube, or other video platforms, consider your account region, content licensing, and actual playback. The route’s region is only one factor in how a platform makes its decision; connecting through a location doesn’t guarantee that every title will be available. Check the title and platform rules first, then test playback from the relevant region. If buffering occurs, check your local network, app mode, and other downloads. VPNFK routes offer more choice for cross-border connections; access to specific libraries, video quality, or uninterrupted playback isn’t guaranteed.

Anonymous, no logs

VPNFK’s privacy policy is anonymous and no-logs. No email address is required to create an account; just choose a username and password. Providing less information during account creation also makes it easier to keep your network subscription separate from your everyday email. A privacy policy doesn’t replace device security: store your subscription details safely, don’t share them in public documents or screenshots, and review account activity after signing in. Websites you visit may still identify activity through your account, browser data, and their own policies. Changing your network exit doesn’t remove those connections.

60-day refund policy

Before choosing a subscription, check your regular devices, target services, and data needs, then read the refund policy. VPNFK offers a 60-day refund policy so you can assess whether the service suits your network environment. Test it during your regular work and browsing hours, rather than checking only the connection status shown in the app. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user dashboard with your order details and request, following the policy’s requirements. Handle account and order information in the dashboard; don’t share subscription details publicly.

App / Importing a subscription

Get the app for your platform

Sign in and get your subscription from the user dashboard. Download links for all platforms are in the app download section.

First, check your device’s operating system, then open the dashboard for the relevant app and setup instructions. Installing the app alone won’t establish a connection: you’ll also need to get your subscription, import routes, and choose a connection mode. Rule Mode routes traffic based on its destination; Global Mode changes how traffic is handled across the scope supported by the app. Exact behavior depends on your device and app settings. If an app still isn’t using the current route, first check whether it follows the system proxy instead of reinstalling repeatedly.

Linux

Check desktop and command-line app settings separately.

After importing, test the apps you need

Open a website or tool you use regularly and check that pages load, you stay signed in, and tasks submit as expected. If your browser works but a developer tool cannot connect, check the tool’s own proxy settings. If subscription import fails, first make sure the copied details are complete and the subscription is active. If you need help, keep the error message and submit a ticket with your operating system, app status, and what you were doing. This helps trace the connection issue. Hide subscription details before sharing screenshots.

Monthly plans and data packs

Choose a plan based on your actual usage, not the number of devices.

Monthly plans suit regular use of international websites, work apps, and AI tools. Data resets monthly on your activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Consider both how often you connect and what you do online: reading, syncing documents, and streaming video use data differently. File transfers and simultaneous use across devices also affect consumption. Understanding your habits first makes it easier to choose the right allowance than comparing prices alone.

¥9.9 / month

A good fit for browsing, research, and text-based communication. Keep an eye on your remaining data if you occasionally work with files.

500GB monthly plan

A good fit for frequent video streaming and file transfers. The larger allowance still needs to be managed around ongoing downloads and use across multiple devices.

Data packs: use them at your own pace; they never expire

If your usage is irregular, compare a data pack with a monthly plan. Data packs let you use the allowance you’ve purchased without expiring during periods of inactivity; monthly plans suit ongoing needs month to month. The key difference is your usage pattern—not simply choosing the larger allowance by default.

  • ¥158300GB
  • ¥3581000GB
  • ¥6583000GB

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, with a 60-day refund policy. When reviewing plans, also read the details on data resets, upgrades, and refunds. Manage orders, subscription status, and app downloads in the user dashboard after payment. For order issues, follow up through a support ticket.

Compare services by looking at the full picture

VPNFK lists coverage, device rules, data allowances, and the refund policy separately, so you can check what matters for your needs. Coverage in many countries doesn’t mean every tool accepts the same exit region, and unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. Before choosing a network subscription, list the apps and devices you need, then read the relevant connection guides. For platforms with regional eligibility or membership requirements, check the platform’s own terms too. Reviewing each condition separately can help you avoid finding out after purchase that the service doesn’t fit your setup.

Recent guides and route selection tips

Understand subscriptions and traffic routing first, then work through device setup and app-specific issues.

First-time users often run into snags connecting the account, subscription, app, and destination app. The articles below address practical questions: the glossary explains interface terms, the beginner’s guide walks through setup, and guides to regional streaming and gaming cover what to check for different tasks. Compare each step with your device’s status. You don’t need to change everything just because one term is unfamiliar; keeping your existing settings makes it easier to see what each adjustment changes.
